All Points East tour of the month: Images of Laos

Laos : Northern Laos & the Golden Triangle

A superb introduction to the spectacular scenery and traditional culture of this truly fascinating, yet little known country.

From Thailand’s infamous Golden Triangle region, we'll travel by road and by boat through the unspoilt mountains and jungles of remote northern Laos to the ancient capital, now World Heritage Site, Luang Prabang. Explore the beautiful temples and colonial architecture of what is acknowledged to be the best preserved city in SE Asia before completing the tour in the present day capital of Vientiane.

Please note we do not currently include The Plain of Jars on our Lao itineraries since, fascinating as it is, we can't really fit in the 2 extra days required for the visit on our regular itinerary, however it is now available as a 3 day, 2 night extension from Vientiane. Please ask for further details.

Some feedback from Northern Laos & the Golden Triangle
"You undersell the whole experience! It was fantastic! I can’t fault anything!" Phillip Whitehead.
