Northern Thailand : The Hills of Mae Salong
The delights of Thailand’s beaches and islands are world renowned – the mist shrouded mountains, lush forests and remote villages of the far North are still waiting to be discovered. Beginning in Bangkok we’ll head North via the ruined, ancient city of Sukhothai to Chiang Mai, Thailand’s Northern capital, from where we’ll continue into the infamous Golden Triangle Region for an exciting journey by foot, elephant and boat.

Land only version - flights not included:
this tour is offered inclusive of return flights from London anda flight Chiang Mai to Bangkok. Persons not wishing to take up the UK flight option should join the tour on day 2 in Bangkok and depart on the afternoon of day 11 in Bangkok.
Visa requirements:
No visa in advance is required. A 30 day visa for Thailand is issued on arrival at an international airport free of charge. If entering Thailand by land crossing a 15 day only visa is issued, also free of charge.
VISA INFORMATION FOR UK & US CITIZENS ONLY – ALL other nationalities will eed to consult the relevant embassies in their countries. Any visa/immigration costs are not included in the price of the tours – you will need to pay for these in addition, as indicated.
